HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

Surprised home-cooked dinner for Mum today and everything done by the 3 of us. I would say that it was super rare that we 'worked' tgt today becos' we seldom do housewrk, not to mention cooking dinner tgt. =\ We split work, from buying and cleaning of vegs, cooking, washing up the utensils, mopping the floor, taking dwn & folding the clothes and etc. 3 dishes, 1 soup and bought a dish. We tried a new method in cooking the honey chicken and yay! It turned out great & yummy!:):):) The soup was nice too and all thanks to sis who randomly bought all those vegs etc w/o thinking what dishes to cook. =x And thus, we had honey lemon juicies too, not knowing what to do with the lemons besides squeezing them as juicies. Haha.

Second surprise was the mango moose cake and the card made by elder sis! Hmm. It has been quite long since we did cards and wrote our wishes in it. What i feel is that as one grows older, it's harder to express his/her gratitude and feelings out. Anyway, the night ended with
the ice wine bought by sis at DFS and we had a hard time opening it. Haha. We were glad that Mum was happy and touched for everything. hehe. Simple dinner yet a wonderful night tgt! Hmm. But it wld be even better if Dad cld join us. HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all Mothers!

This song kept ringing in my ears since last night. All the songs played on this special night of the newly weds' were very nice!!! The most unique and sweet part was the moment when they lit the 'light of love'. aWww... Lovely and sweet couple indeed!(: Sadly, didn't manage to take photo with the bride and groom with my cam because there were alot of guests!:( The dinner started quite late, only at abt 9pm. Guess waiting for all the guests to arrive ba. Got a lift home and cldn't really slp for the whole night. Think i had too much chinese tea which made me super awake and with this song in my mind... Ti amo... Te quiero...
